Terms of Service

Rules, limitations, and responsibilities for using the local Agent tunnel subscription service.

Last updated: 2026-07-02

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, purchasing, or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the service on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

Description of Service

The service provides local Agent tunnel subscriptions, including but not limited to:

  • Local node access: generating AgentID and NodeToken, then connecting through a local client over an encrypted reverse tunnel.
  • OpenAI-compatible gateway: forwarding standard API requests such as /v1/chat/completions to authorized nodes.
  • Permission and key management: ApiToken, AgentID allowlists, QPS/quota limits, and node status controls.
  • Subscriptions, billing, payment records, privacy and log preferences, support tickets, and necessary admin features.

We may add, change, suspend, or remove features over time. Some features may be beta, preview, or experimental.

Accounts and Security

You are responsible for the accuracy and security of your account information. You must protect login credentials, API keys, administrator permissions, and third-party OAuth authorizations. You are responsible for losses caused by your failure to secure your account or keys.

If you discover unauthorized account access, leaked API keys, or other security risks, contact us immediately at the email address below.

Tunnel Plans and Payments

Some tunnel plans or features require payment. You agree to pay the prices, device quotas, tunnel entitlements, and payment methods shown at purchase.

  • Tunnel plans are typically recurring subscriptions and grant the entitlements shown on the purchase page after successful payment.
  • Subscription plans, device quota, QPS, concurrency, log retention, dedicated gateways, or custom services are governed by the purchase page or a written agreement between the parties.
  • Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and you must also comply with their terms and policies.
  • Taxes, exchange rates, processing fees, or payment-channel fees may apply and are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

Cancellation and Refunds

If a purchase page offers subscriptions or recurring services, you may cancel through the available account page or by contacting us. After cancellation, you usually keep access until the end of the current billing period, subject to payment-channel and plan rules.

Refunds are evaluated based on applicable law, payment-channel rules, used service time, custom delivery status, and abuse risk. Used tunnel service, delivered custom services, or charges related to violations of these terms are generally non-refundable.

User Content and License

You retain rights to the content you submit, your local models, your local tools, and your local data. To provide the tunnel service, you grant us the limited right to transmit, route, and temporarily process related requests and responses as necessary.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit your content and that your content does not violate law, infringe third-party rights, or breach confidentiality obligations.

Logs and Privacy Choice

You can choose whether the platform may retain invocation logs. If you turn log retention off, the platform does not store prompts, responses, error details, or invocation metadata in the database; it only performs authentication, routing, encrypted forwarding, and necessary transient state handling.

You understand and agree that account, subscription, payment, security, node-online-state, and necessary compliance records may still be retained to maintain service availability, perform the contract, and comply with legal requirements.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or regulatory requirement.
  • Infringe another party's intellectual property, privacy, trade secrets, or other rights.
  • Upload, generate, or distribute illegal, harmful, fraudulent, harassing, discriminatory, hateful, sexual, violent, or malicious content.
  • Bypass permissions, compromise systems, scan vulnerabilities, disrupt service, or access unauthorized data.
  • Abuse APIs, create accounts in bulk, manipulate usage, evade limits, resell accounts, or share keys.
  • Generate spam, malware, phishing content, credential-theft content, or other offensive materials.
  • Use the service in restricted or high-risk contexts unless you have appropriate human oversight, compliance review, and risk controls.

API and Integrations

If you use API keys or other integrations, you must follow the documentation, rate limits, quota limits, and security requirements. You may not publicly expose API keys or allow unauthorized third parties to use your credentials.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate abnormal requests for security, stability, billing, or compliance reasons.

Intellectual Property

The service software, interface, trademarks, graphics, documentation, default configurations, and related technology are owned by us or the relevant rights holders. Unless we give written permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create a competing service based on the service.

You retain rights to the content you submit. Rights in AI outputs may depend on applicable law, third-party model-provider terms, and your use of the outputs. You are responsible for confirming whether outputs may be lawfully used.

Service Availability

We work to keep the service stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, permanent, or fully fit-for-purpose availability. Maintenance, upgrades, third-party service failures, network issues, model-provider instability, security events, or force majeure may affect the service.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, subscription, API keys, or features if you violate these terms, create security risks, fail to pay, abuse the service, or if required by law. You may also stop using the service or close your account through available account controls.

After termination, certain provisions continue to apply, including payment obligations, intellectual property, confidentiality, security, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute-related provisions.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all express or implied warranties, including accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, continuity, and error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential damages, lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or cost of substitute services arising from use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we will update the date on this page and may provide in-product notice or another reasonable notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
